Dropped Calls and No Services

I am very disappointed in Cell C, I became a contract holder in December and since then 80% of my calls are either dropped or do not go through at all - I went to the Cell C shop in Norwood and was told that this has been normal on the network for over 2 MONTHS - this really is unacceptable, I use my phone for business and not being able to have a conversation for longer than 2 minutes is really shocking.
For the last 8 days the problem has gotten worse, now I have a "No Service" message on my phone for most of the day everyday, so I cannot make any calls - I went to the Rosebank branch again where the lady just pulled out the battery and restarted the phone and told me it is a network issue (she did not even bother to call the call centre as I asked, because I clearly cannot since my CELL C PHONE HAS NO SIGNAL. She then just shrugged her shoulders and handed me a "Cancellation of Contract" form - IS THIS HOW MUCH CELL C VALUES THEIR CUSTOMERS?

Truly shocking service both in store and network - I cannot wait to cancel my contract
