I contacted the cell c contact centre regarding an outstanding amount. R100 for arrear payment. which the saw was actually paid. A second R100 which was an upgrade fee which they I did not pay at game when i did the upgrade. After many calls to the call centre I finally was helped by Malcolm from the pre legal department which stated to me that the R100 outstanding was an upgrade fee that had to be paid at the supplier when the upgrade was done. the proof of payment was sent through to cell c on the 16/1/12. as to date no one has contacted me(perhaps as previously stated they did contact me on my cell c number which is disconnected). I call in this morning and some call centre agent on a very bad line tells me that there is a secondary upgrade fee that must be paid. (not mentioned once on previous calls) . I now just give up. This phone is used by my teenage son which is the only method of communication as he lives the gauteng I live in western cape. |
