Having experienced a problem in obtaining a micro SIM card to connect my Ipad to 3G (not one store in the Western Cape had any) I lodged my amazement at this fact with Cell C via their Facebook page. Within minutes I received a response and an apology and a promise to source one for me and forward it to my nearest Cell C store. Within 24 hours I was notified that a micro SIM card had been delivered to my selected store. Now that is rare service and something that will result in my loyalty to Cell C. |
