I have already notified Hellopeter's community about the situation last week. Cell C simply called back and said they have escalated the request without giving me a deadline when this will be resolved. This is the same response I have had every time I have called them for the past year. All I want is my original call recording from Cell C where I took out the contract which will prove I only took a contract to the value of half of what I am getting debited each month. |

Utterly Disgusted:
I was promised to get my contract by the end of Tuesday's business day as above, I have not received anything from Cell C The above states that I received a call from Mbongeni, where I did not. The above response from Cell is a total ****so far. |
