| We contacted Cell C via call centre as well as emailed on the 26/01/2011, and since then on a continues bases as we wished to cancel our contract as it was at the end of the 24 month period. To date (24/01/2012) Cell C still continue to take a monthly debit order off our account. I am furious and want this sorted out Immediately. One year later and I am still trying to get this done. Also I expect the months that I have not reversed the debit order to be Refunded. The number for contract is 0844043399. SORT THIS OUT | |||

Utterly Disgusted:
What a lie. I received an email attached below . I have not received any phone call from nobody. Good day Mr. de Jonger This serves as confirmation that I have received your complaint logged on Hello Peter, please note that the number in dispute has been canceled and converted to prepaid. This was done 20/12/2011, however I do see that the billing had continued, I will investigate and revert back to with feedback in 24 working hours. |
