| I signed up for a 12 month Smart Data 5GB on 17 Nov 2010 and a year later on the 7th of Nov I emailed [Email Removed] a cancellation form asking them to cancel the contract at the end of Nov. I received a mail back the following day saying the query has been escalated to Retentions dept. for further assistance with Case# 1110800996. At the end of Dec I stil received an invoice. I phoned Cell-C to find out why the contract was not canceled. After almost an hour and speaking to 10 different people getting cut off twice I received another ref no: 2011203116 and a promise that it will be sorted out. I've also been struggling from the beginning of the contract to get them to remove the clip and itemized billing as I do not require this on a data contract and they charged me R333.84 instead of only R299 as the add said. Somewhere in last year they refunded me partly for this but then started billing me for it that same month. Today again I received an invoice billing me for R163.97 for 01-Jan-12 to 17-Jan-12. The last time I used this card was on the 29Dec. So please I am now fed-up with Cell-C bad service. This was supposed to be canceled in Nov already not the 17th of Jan 2012. | |||
