UNBLACKLISTING OF PHONE

Good day, I am now fed up and this is ridiculous, the phone was unblackisted and now blacklisted again, phoned cell c AGAIN and AGAIN waisted 15minutes of my life with no joy. I have never in my life experienced this type of ****** utterly disgusting service, could someone please assist in this phone being unblacklisted. I pay for my account, but sitting with a phone i cannot use?! i am close to tears!!!!!
and yet again NO MANAGERS can take your call???
I AM BEGGING PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ASSIST!!!
