| I purchased the Cell C prepaid 1 year in advanced package about 7 months ago. The service is going slower and slower and about 3 days ago it went to slower than dial up. I took the Huawei to the Bluff store because this is where I had bought it. I stood in the line and the 2 people in front of me had the same problem. I told the person behind the counter which was the taller of 3 Indian males what had happened. He replied SO WHAT MUST HE DO? HE CANNOT TEST IT I MUST TAKE IT TO TECHNICAL SERVICES AND THEY WILL HELP ME. I stated that it was bought in that store and I was told that if there is any problems bring it back. He then stated YOU MUST FILL IN THIS FORM AND IT WILL TAKE 3 TO 4 WEEKS TO SEND AWAY AND HAVE CHECKED. I stated that when we bought it it was for use with our small company and what must I now do for the 4 weeks and what happens to the monthly allocation of gigs. HE STATED HE DOES NOT KNOW AND DO I WANT TO SEND IT FOR REPAIRS OR NOT? Great way to treat your customers, I took the device walked out into Telkom and out with 8ta. My sons cell phone contract coming up for renewal in a few months, NO WAY NOT WITH THIS SERVICE AND ATTITUDE. | |||
