been trying to resolve my incorrect billing for 11 months now - still no joy just empty promises. My contract was upgraded via cell c direct and the consultants promised to playback the recording for proof for themselves and for me to hear the conversation and agreement that was made but again no one at cell does what was promised. Advise to all out there --- DO NOT DEAL WITH CELL C DIRECT OR WILL GET CAUGHT ALSO. can't wait for my contract period to expire so that I can cancel my contract and move my contract to another service provider. I do have other contracts with other service providers and they have kept their promises so far. |
