I went to Cell C Menlyn, where I was quickly helped to get a (2GB Data Contract). When I got home my Data Stick was not working, I phoned Cell C, after a LONG wait I eventualy got to speak to a technician, who informed me that for my CONTRACT to be able to activate I had to go and buy airtime and once I uploaded the airtime my CONTRACT will activate. Surely it did work untill it ran out of airtime, I phoned again explained my dilema, they checked my SIM No. only to realize they gave me a pay as you go SIM and not a CONTRACT sim. Next day back at Menlyn after 2 hours had my new SIM everything working perfectly. After 4 months of having my contract suddenly I experienced it being EXTREMELY SLOW (during bussiness hours 08:00 - 17:00), phoned several times, got no real answers out of CELL C. eventualy I GAVE UP. I got a friend who wanted to use it out of bussiness hours, he took it over. Filled change of ownership document handed it in the documents only for it to get lost. GAVE UP "My" Contact ended 1Dec. After I sent a mail with a document to stipulate that I do not want my contract to continue, the DEBIT ORDERS DID NOT STOP. phoned them 03/02 nothing back yet, phoned AGAIN today |

Utterly Disgusted:
From my first call to Cell C on 03 Feb 2012, (regarding my account problems) I had no response back from this supplier, Not 1 phone call, not 1 email, not 1 consultant being able to give me a clear answer on matters, when/ I phone the helpdesk. I will not recomend any person I know to open an account with Cell C infact, I will do the exact opposite. I will encourage people I know to stay as far away from this supplier as possible. The service is appaling |
