| After not being able to long onto the internet from 02/02/2012 i decided i should give cell c call centre a ring, first time i was put on hold for 10 minutes without anyone answering. Yesterday i got a call from the service centre and they couldnt help me with the information i had on hand so they said they will call me at 12:00 today when i had the relevant information with me for my internet speed stick. at about 15:00 today i got tired of waiting for the phonecall and i deceded to call the cell c call centre. none the less 45 minutes of my time and money later i was told that my R1500 contract that i took out last year has expired. It is shocking that Cell C wont even send out any nofications of any form i.e email,sms, post to inform their customers of the service that will no longer be carried out. instead they will rather have a customer loose their temper. I will no longer use the Cell C internet connection device or any of their other products. I will also not recomend the product to anyone and will on a daily basis voice my opinion on the bad service of not informing customers. | |||
