Lodged a compliant-19/01 - still no resolve????

July 2010; my a/c upgrade was due. I went to their store @ Calswald - Midr' & the app was declined. The reason was that I have a default status with them. My feedback to the agent was how is this possible as my a/c is active, I have upgraded my a/c before with no issues; they have my banking details + the authority to debit my a/c. To date, I am still trying to get answers from Cell- C, without success. Yesterday I called their pre-legal dept, hoping to get some answers to help resolve the default status. Josephine @ pre-legal was still investigating; before the call could be concluded, i got cut-off. My expectation was that she would call me back, this didnt happen I called again and left a message with her colleague Mbali. After not receiving a call from them I decided to follow-up with Josephine the ff day an again Mbali answered and offered to assist as Josephine was on another call.Mbali confirmed that their Credit Vetting dept needs to uplift the status. She expects me to drive to a Cell-C outlet to have this done and refused to take accountability to see to my query being resolved.Then cut me off again.All I need from them is how much I owe to have my status valid????

Please be advised that Sandile has contacted you to advise that matter was escalated to our Sales team and one of our consultants have tried to revert back to discuss the matter at hand however she has reached your voicemail.

Robert from our upgrades team has been in contact with you to advise that upgrade will be actioned after stock taking.
