| New/First Cell C contract was approved on 7 November 2011 at Makro Polokwane Limpopo. Details of the package Cell C Huawei Ideos S7 Slim Tablet, R99 p/m x 24 months on casual chat 100, includes 100MB Data x 24months and 100 off peak minutes p/m. Prior to accepting I repeatedly asked about the amount to be deducted off my banking account. The consultant informed me the amount all inclusive would be R99 only. The agreement number is 0115088, after using the tablet sms messages were received from Cell C with billing amounts over R99. I was concerned and contacted the call centre to confirm the information as my agreement was R99p/m. I was informed the data of 100MB was not loaded and all useage was not billed out of data. I was informed there will be a refund for the this error. I was not satisfied as the consultants are not well trained to understand the problems easily. I decided to go to a Cell C store at Mall of the North in Polokwane and the consultant called and promised he would get back to me, still waiting today. I am not pleased with the service from Cell C. A contract for R99 and then been informed by the call centre this is an open line is misleading. | |||
