Horrifying service

It is with the utter disgust that I write this complaint. I am due for an upgrade at the end of February on my Cell C contract, I have always been a loyal costumer and my usage ranges between R 6000.00 and R 8000.00 per month, in light of the last mentioned I decided to go to a cell c branch and see what black berry deals they have as I saw a Vodacom ad where you can get two blackberry 93000's on one contract (one phone being the contract and the other phone being a prepaid.) Last night I picked up the phone and phoned the call centre but reached the wrong department so well I had to put the phone down and phone again, the lady from the first call was however friendly and helpful so I was even more hope full that I will be helped. I called again and reached the upgrade department. I proceeded to tell the agent what deal I saw at Vodacom and asked him what deal he can offer me, he stated that there was no deals available but asked which blackberry I was looking to buy, I stated the blackberry 9300, he took on a very arrogant tone and proceed to tell me that there is nothing he can do to help me as you cannot get two phones on one line, fearing the poor imbecile did not understand t

Utterly Disgusted: Well it has now been 2 weeks no response. 2 O’clock has come and gone. Phoned last week 16/02/2012, a helpful agent logged a call and sent an e-mail to Sudeshni, the agent confirmed a 48 hour turnaround time, it has now been a week still can hear a pin drop. Bottom line: To put in Rands and cents in the last 13 months I have spent over R134 000 with Cell C, so please…. Just tell me to go fly a kite if my business is not good enough. Very disappointing.
