| I took a cellphone contract for a subscription of R99 for 2 years which started around December 2010. Cell C has failed to send my bills of every month only when in request which makes it difficult for me to trace the transactions that they take every month and which also I think I'm being defrauded on many cases by Cell C. Last month, I stopped using this phone airtime when it reached R650, and I never did a call since then only used my free minutes which are part of the freebies in the contract, though six days after their transaction, R572 appears as the unpaid bill. How possible that I pay R650 this month and again six days after the bill has been paid, I still have R572. I'm going to open a case of ***** and false information against the Cell C. I have never received any monthly bills statements for the past 7 months. Cell C takes the advantage of its clients by not staying honest and by not informing its clients. I would like Cell C to put a clause or stop misleading people with ***** and wrong information, I'm sick and tired of being robbed intentionally by Cell C, and in future I wouldn't advice anyone to continue having services with this company. May they stop this please | |||
