Come now cell C. There is a serious problem with your 3G service in Durban North over the last week. I am a private user and have had little or no coverage since I have got back from overseas. I have spoken to a number of business users who have experienced the same lack of coverage. All of us have called your call centre. You operators tell us that they are not aware of any problems with your service in our area. This is really is not acceptable as I know of at least three people who have called in to report the problem. What I find most alarming was the attitude of your call centre operators who say 1) there is no problem and 2) that cell C will not refund us if there is a problem. Come now Cell C sort this out!!! |
