| Last year Aug 2011 i activated a data bundle on one of my cell c lines. in nov 2011 i phoned cell c to deactivate this 500mb data bundle since i wasn't using it. customer service told me that they have removed it. January 2012 i checked my online bill and saw i was still being charged for the data bundle. phoned cell c customer service. they told me they were going to log the issue and cell c would refund me and the data bundle had been removed. 2 weeks later i phoned cell c to check the progress on the matter. the lady could not give me any news on the acc. However i was satisfied with the idea that atleast the data bundle had finally been cancelled. Today i received my February bill. and to my surprise, i am still being billed for the data bundle. i can not believe it. so from nov 2011 until present date, cell c's customer service cannot do a simple thing like cancel a data bundle. i have spoken to 3 different call centre agents this morning, everyone gives me attitude and is uninterested in solving my issue. I refuse to pay for something i do not use and have cancelled numerous times and also did so months ago. someone wake up and do ur job please. this is unacceptable. | |||
