Cell C employees not doing their job!!!

Last year Oct, i was in the 22nd month of my contract so i applied for an upgrade through Cell C direct. A new phone was sent to me however i was not happy with the colour & Cell C refused to send me a different colour so i decided to cancel the contract & someone arrived to fetch the phone. I was informed by Cell C that i need to send an email to them to cancel the upgrade & also notify them to cancel my contract at the end of Dec which i did. Last week my acc was debited by Cell C. I called them to query this only to find out that my upgrade was not cancelled & they were still under the impression that i have the new phone!! I logged a case last week Wed & i was informed i will be contacted within 48 hours. As of yesterday, 144 hours had passed & i had not heard anything. I called Cell C & they told me that they are still waiting for confirmation that they have the phone. I am sick of this pathetic network. I don't understand why people cannot simply do their job. When i sent that email to cancel the upgrade, it should have been done!! I was told yesterday that after this case is finalised, i need to log a new case for the refund which knowing them will take weeks to resolve!!
