I had a montly subscription - thro my credit card. In September last year I discovered that my subscription did not go thro. My own initiative - I called Cell C to query and only to find out that the payment method was changed from a credit card to cash. I queried this month on month - no one came back to me how this happened and why. Early this year I made an internet payment of R800. 00. I then called in to confirm that they received the funds. I am now paying for something that I do not use because my cell is locked permanently.. I am bound by the contract and no service as promise by the contract. |
