Bad service and attitud

I email cell c over a year ago to have my contract cancelled which was not done up to now. I took it that cell c cancelled the account but did not.

About a 3 mouths back i get a letter for cell c telling me i need to pay in an amount of over R14 000.00 because of bad debt. When I called Pholosa to find out what the **** is going on they tell me its bad debts and they are putting a trace alert on me at the credit bureau and i need to call cell c for help.

When i call cell c i am put on hold all the time or the phone is put down on me. I did tell alot of ppl at cell c i will be sending a report to Hello Peter if i have no feedback that was on the 30/01/2012
I am still waiting for someone from cell c to call me and tell me what the **** is going on and why do l need to pay cell c over R14 000.00. When i asked for the account to be cancelled. I have been try to call and talk with a manager at cell c call centre but I'm put on hold and then the phone is put down. I will not be paying any amount to cell c. The number i use to use was given to someone and is not my number any more. Case no. which was given to me on the 30/01/2012 is 1201300000057 will wait
