AGAIN!!

After more than 2 hours on the phone with Cell C to resolve the fact that I do not receive all my invoices, I today received my latest statement. Can you believe it? Incorrect again!! After all that trouble, all those ridiculously long telephone calls, them assuring me they have fixed the problem...they still get it wrong. How difficult can it be to send out all the invoices/statements due to a customer?????? Ridiculous I tell you!!
