| Gosh Cell C is the worst service provider ever.I have a 24 month contract with Cell C now im about to upgrade they come up with stories to say my account is in arrears.For the past 18 -20 months they have been receiving my payment with no problem and now they are not. On the 20th January i received a call from a very rude Tracey from the Credit control department saying im in arrears. I asked her to give me a week as im at my dad's funeral in North West and i dont have the pop with me i will fax it the following week she put the phone down and barred my line. I tried in vain to contact them and all the time i called i was being put on hold and the line went dead. If i want to speak to the manager or supervisor they told me they are not available. I was given by both the contact Centre and Accounts number 0113248000 to lay a complaint but never got through. Today 06/02/2012 Nerushka from Credit control called to say im now 2 months in arrears and if i dont make payment they are handing me over to Legal i have gone out of my way to fax the Pop's to Cell C and i still cant find justice.The last advise i got is to continue making payment & if i overpaid theyll refund me. RIDICULOUS!!! | |||

Hello gloria.mahlaela, Thank you for your posting. We would also like to apologize for the lack of service you have received thus far, we assure you that this is not a true portrayal of the service we strive to deliver. Furthermore to your telecom with Blanche we require proof of payments for December and January to bring the account up to date. Be assured that we will do the necessary upon receipt hereof.
