2 weeks later and still waiting

Its now almost 2 weeks and I still have not received a replacement moden dongle from Cell C.I posted a complaint on Hellopeter 2 weeks ago and I was promptly called by Cell C who promised to address the issue I had with my dongle(it didn't work on my Apple).There were alot of apologies for my inconveniance(cannot get online to do critical work for about 3 weeks now).They said a replacement dongle would be sent to Gateway Cell C and would be there some time between Wednesday last week and Friday.Its now the following Wednesday and out of frustration I went into the store.Nobody there knows anything about it.No follow up call explaining the delay.If I wanted to get something to a client of mine,across the other side of the country,I could have it there the next day,yet somehow a company on the scale of Cell C nedds more than 2 weeks.How is that.Its amazing how prompt they are when you're signing up to a contract with them and you're giving them your money,but how pathetically slow they are to respond to your issues once they have your money.
