| Well done, you have indeed earned 1st prize for the worst service ever. 3 months, over 20 calls and 2 Hello Peter complaints later and my complaint is still not resolved to my satisfaction. I've even had 2 people follow up to see if I was happy with how the case was resolved, but I'm confused as nothings been resolved and the only proof Cell C can provide me with for the R500 they deducted off my bank account is a Excel spread sheet full of numbers that mean absolutely nothing. My question is why would i go through all this trouble if i felt this charge was valid. Setfree almost laughed at me when i told him how disgusted i was in the service that I had received and was not even bothered at all when i told him that I'm cancelling my contract after being with Cell C for 10 years. I think the only way to get this sorted out now is to see what the Consumer Protection Act can do for me. | |||

| Utterly Disgusted: IGNORED ONCE AGAIN. I did not even receive a call from Setfree or anybody as said would happen. No interest at all, no reply, no proof and absolute disgusting service - speechless. Totally. | |||
