Hello Peter I am still awaiting Cell C response regarding the matter below. See my profile for the date I logged the query. Don't you think they play with our emotions and minds. I really hate Cell C and the little clients, you can't imagi ne how I am currently telling people not to with them, they got a new CEO but looks like they are not changing their behaviour: I had phone contract with Cell C from 19th Dec 2008 to end 18th Dec. 2010. I lost my contract phone on in June 2009. My insurance was for 3 months and has probably exhausted. I paid my contract hoping that it would end in Dec. 2010 but Cell C kept on debiting my bank account further in Jan 2011 which did not have funds at that time as I was not working, when I started working they took their money and that's when I realised that something is wrong. Well they claimed that they told me that I have to write a letter to them when the contract is about end, I needed proof of the recording of the day I accepted the condition which they could not provide. I decided to write the letter in June 2010 to find that they already decided to cancel the contract. They took R145.00 from Jan to June which they where not entitled to. |
