Whoosh? I think Cell C wanted to say SNOOOZE

For the past few months I've been using Cell C's Speedstick (white one). It has been performing well for the most part (occassionally disconnects) with full HSPA coverage and 5 bars signal strength. For 3 days now, it only shows EDGE. The result is that the internet speed is frustratingly, unacceptably slow. I have not changed anything (location, PC etc) so the sudden drop in speed baffles me. I understand that the speed does vary depending on location, traffic and other variables. But it is permanently on EDGE for the past 3 days now! I even end up leaving it and using my mobile phone (which always shows full 3.5G coverage mind you), which in effect means that my Speedstick is totally useless, which in turn further means that I wasted my hard-earned money! Please look into this hugely exasperating problem already, I have just about run out of patience.

Quite Impressed: There was a reasonable attempt by Cell C to sort out my problem - I'm satisfied with that. However, "reasonable" is the operative word; Cell C made just one phone call (which I could not answer as I was in a meeting), but at least they did send me an email as well explaining to me what to do. I am going to give some consideration to their explanation (excessive month-end traffic) now and see if  the internet speed improves.
