| I have contacted Cell C several times and went to N1-City to update my new bank details which they eventually got it right the 5th time. Received SMS that my account is in the process of been handed over. I requested to speak to a supervisor as I was not happy with the call centre incompetency regarding entering the correct bank details. I was informed that the debit order will not go through and that I will have to deposit January"s payment which I did. Then only to find out that the debit order did in fact go off. When I phoned once again I was informed that it will take 7 working days for Cell C to refund my money. Had problems with them blocking my phones. I went as far as going to Plattekloof Offices and was referred to a consultant. Gave a list of all the Cell C staff members I spoke to (9 phone calls) Lance advised that his supervisor Darren was not available and will contact me. Got SMS they are attending to my query only to receive a phone call 6th Jan to say they are keeping my deposit for January's payment as that is their proticol. I asked for an e-mail regarding this and none received. Stil in the dark regarding my queries and refund. | |||
