Vocabulary of "I can't"

The battery on a 3 month old Samsung doesn't hold a charge. This brings into question the quality of battery used. It takes 21 working days to repair. The time frame is crazy on a product still under guarantee. They store can not ensure that the data will remain on the phone and they can not assist as they 'do not have a data cable'. Amazing for a store that sells them!
We have 4 contracts with this store and each user has experienced some form of problem.
Customer service training is advisable

Thank you for your posting.

Please be advised that Victor has been in contact with you to advise that some of the data is lost if the handset goes for a software upgrade as this is mentioned on the pre-job card when the unit is booked in for repairs.
