The battery on a 3 month old Samsung doesn't hold a charge. This brings into question the quality of battery used. It takes 21 working days to repair. The time frame is crazy on a product still under guarantee. They store can not ensure that the data will remain on the phone and they can not assist as they 'do not have a data cable'. Amazing for a store that sells them! We have 4 contracts with this store and each user has experienced some form of problem. Customer service training is advisable |

Please be advised that Victor has been in contact with you to advise that some of the data is lost if the handset goes for a software upgrade as this is mentioned on the pre-job card when the unit is booked in for repairs.
