very poor customer service

i received an sms form cell c that they are going to suspend my account due to it being in arrears. when i phoned them and asked what is going on they said there was not money in my account when they debit it on the agreed upon date of the 28th of each month as per the contract agreement. when i said that its impossible because i can send them the proof of my bank statements that there was enough money the lady i spoke with started having an attitude with me. now my line has to be cut off due to the billing / accounts department that did not do their job correctly? this is truly not customer service and they manner in which she spoke to me was very unprofessional.

i will not recommend cell c to any friends or family.

Quite Impressed: quick and speedy response was received from the consultant who contacted me, he handled the complaint with a friendly and understanding attitude and assisted me in solving the problem. and met to my needs as a customer by taking ownership and to find out what is going on.
