Upgraded but not getting the features

I upgraded my activechat220 contract on 04/02 at Menlyn Cell C. Took a Blackberry 9780 on my existing contract and added BIS, because that is what made me decide on the BB on a handset in the first place. I wanted it activated immediately, and I was promised that it would be done within half an hour. On Sunday I still don' have it so I went to Cell C Kollonade. I was told I can't have it until my old contract ran out in 3 months. This was not disclosed, and I find it unacceptable. I chose the BB, because of the BIS, and because I need it now, not in 3 months. I might as well then have taken the Nokia E7 (my first choice) and just pay for my emails, but I thought that since the Blackberry offer me that with BIS, I will settle for it. Mind you that the BIS does not come free on my activechat contract, and that I would be paying for it. I want BIS on my Blackberry, and I want it now!!!

Quite Impressed: I received a call from the Cell C call centre, within an hour, and the problem was resolved within a couple of minutes.
