HEADLINE	Upgrade - NOT POSSIBLE!
On Saturday the 6th January, i went to the cell c shop as early as 09h00 to upgrade my cell c contract. I had all the documents required for this process and just as the consultant was inputing the information on "the system" i was told that the system is not accepting the MIE number of the new cellphone and therefore the upgrade would not be possible. I further requested that the details be inputted later as i had come especially for the cellphone and the consultant requested that i come back in an hour or so while they contact support to try and solve the problem. Almost an hour and a half later, upon my return - i was told that the system is still not accepting the number and i will not be able to upgrade. I was told that as soon as the matter is resolved, i would be contacted to come back and collect the cellphone. I would assume that this matter would have received urgent attention, as i sit here today i still have not received a phone call from them. This will now determine whether I renew my contract with them or not as i have never heard of such since my existance. Add a new Cell C Report Inappropriate report?
