UNFAIR BLACKLISTING

I bought a Blackberry Curve 9300 on the 26.09.2012 at Nashua Mobile Carlton Centre with IMEI 358033044924693 for cash and the phone was sealed in its original box for R2500. I am not a cell c client I use a vodacom simcard and my phone has been working fine until 3 weeks back where I noticed that I cannot receive calls or sms's I cant sms not make outgoing. I struggled for over 3 weeks trying to find out what's going on until I discovered that Cell C has blacklisted my phone for bad debt. How does Cell C blacklist a prepaid customer ? I dont have any contract with this customer I fail to understand how this happened. I went to my nearest to get an affidavit for this phone as I still have my proof of purchase and when I called Cell C this morning they referred me back to Nashua Mobile. How can I be referred to Nashau Mobile when I have discovered that they Cell C are responsible for all this. After 20 calls that I made this morning to Cell C I was asked to fax all my documents to 084 167 6520 but this number keeps coming back with an error that the line is busy. I was also given an email address that I must forward my documents to but no one has even bothered to respond to me. HELP

Not Impressed: CellC is honestly not taking this matter seriously. My phone has not been working for over a full month now and they have been aware of this matter since yesterday. The call centre agent that I spoke to told me in 24 hours the matter will be resolved as soon as the necessary documents are sent of which I did on monday morning already. Documents have been sent to them and I am not a contract customer under any network what more must I do to have my phone fixed?
