| On the 1st of November 2011, my Blackberry Torch 9800 got stolen from my home. I went to police station the following day to open a case and then went to the Cell C shop (Durban, Workshop shopping centre) where I had purchased my phone. I must say the girl who helped me was very rude and on top of that she gave me a wrong fax number. The fax number that she gave me was for the customer services and not for the c-cover. I found out a month later that the fax number was wrong. I faxed the form again to c- cover on the 06 December 2011 and I haven't heard anything from them till today. It's been more than two months going on 3 months since my phone got stolen and I'm really disappointed and frustrated about the service Cell-C and C-cover have given me. The contract is still taking money from me every month. | |||
