Service centre Not responding

I have reported my phone stolen to Cell C on Thursday 29/12. My sim card got blocked, but they experience a technical problem when trying to black list the phone, said the will respond in 24 to 48 hrs with a ITC number so that I can report the incident to my nearast police station. I have followed up on Saterday 31/12, still no result. I have followed up today, still the same technical problem. They request me to phone Mtn, and Vodacom to request a IMEi surge to blacklist my phone. CellC is my service provider, I expect them to do that.

Utterly Disgusted: After several phone calls after reporting to on Hellopeter, Cell C still isn't able to give me an ITC number for blacklisting my lost phone.
