I handed my phone over to Centurion Cell C branch on 22/12/2011 becaue it wasnt working the Phones' microphone wasnt working but everything else was working well , up until today 06/02/2012 no one has given me a call.I called Cell C customer services last week Wednesday and the guy at repairs told me that it would be returned to me within two days not repaired because its Beyond Economic Repair , and I should just give it one more day and someone will give me a call, latest by Monday 06/02/2012. The disappointing factor is that im being treated unfairly and I have requested assistance numerous times from the Cell c Centurion branch but to no avail.I would like my phone to be returned to me so I can make a decision on how to go about fixing it.If I can be given a chance to renew my contract I wont and wouldn't advice my family nor friends to do business with Cell C . Horrible and pathetic service to your most trusted customer |
