hi I have recieved two accounts from Cell C with extra costs on so I went into Cell C and they told me it is a C- cover I took, which I do not recall doing and so Monday I emailed customer service to immediately cancel this before more money gets taken off my account. I sent a chaser on Monday afternoon and again this morning. I have not had ONE reply or an email stating someone will contact me..... I have just had bad service one after the other from Cell C and will definately be cancelling all my contracts as soon as they are done. I still need to have this extra cost cancelled off my account 10107728 thank you kindly |

I still had to wait but finally I received a call from Karabo who advised that my account was cancelled on Monday. Now if cutstomer service had replied to my email on Monday already I did not have to go this route... Thank you hello peter for your assistance Regards |
