I recently lost my phone, went through all the procedures on getting it blacklisted, getting a case number and filling in a c-cover claim form at one of the stores. This i did on the 06 January 2012. I have up till now not received any feedback on my claim. I've called twice now the 084140 number, but no one can help me. Both callcentre agents gave me different numbers for C-Cover dept but none of the numbers are working. I tried 011-3248842, 011-3248088 and 0841671061. The first 2 numbers have a permanent engaged tone and the last number does not even exist. I've tried 011-3248000 and asked for C-Cover dpt , but they forward my call to 140. I'm wondering if this department actually exists. Could I please have some sort of feedback, give me timelines , please. |

Quite Impressed:
I must say, Cell C handled my complaint quite well. I received a call immediately telling me that my claim was approved and a new handset will be sent to me. I received regular updates via SMS. I received my new handset yesterday. :-) If only this could happen without complaining first. |
