NEVER AGAIN!!!

On 09/12/11 I took out a contract for a tablet at a Makro store on a Cell C casual chat 100 which included in the advertisement 100mb of data per month for 24 months.On 13/12/11 my data had not yet been loaded on my account and I phoned the call center to report this.On 28/12/11 I again phoned the call center to confirm the status of my query after which the call center said that I had to e-mail them my contract stating that I get 100mb data each month.I then had to go to Makro to get a copy of my contract.After sending my contract on 29/12/11 I phoned to confirm if they received my contract, which they did and was told that the case will be resolved within 48 hours.On 6/1/12 when I phoned again,my query was still in process.On 12/1/12 I received a sms that my account was credited with R105.86 for the data I did not receive in December.When I checked my balance the 100mb for January was still not loaded on my account.I phoned again on 18/1/12 and my query IS still in process. This is ridiculously poor service!!! A month and a half later and my query have still not been finalized. What happened with the 48hours!!! I will never recommend Cell C to any of my friends and family again
