Need to shape up!

I'm currently receiving smses from Cell C & dnt understand why I'm being threstened that my account is being handed to VM attorneys, I need clearance what account they are talkning about & this matter should be resolved with immediate effect, I've been having queries about my contracts with Cell C & when I make enqueris about it I don't get assistance from the callcentre all they do is transfer me ofwhich I have to wait for hours with no responce. I'm tired of Cell C they need to do their job! Or I'll be forced to consult with my lawyers I'm tired of begging them to sort this matter out. The last sms I received was on the 17 jan with ref no: 101789433
