In December 2011 I purchased a phone from a salesman named Kovin, that had given me incorrect information on the unit. I went back to him to set up my phone for me. He called the Store Manager named Sivy and they were unable to assist me. They said that i had to go to the back of the store to call the helpline. When they returned, they told me that Kovin had not given me that original information . He had also given the same info to my husband that had gone in and paid for the phone a few days later. I asked Sivy for the owner of the stores No and Sivy gave me a helpline number. I phoned until i got hold of the franchise owner Mrs Partel. She was to call me back the next day, with no avail. I called her the following day and she was to return my call in a half an hour. i am still waiting. My question is, Never be dishonest and rather admit your fault and apologise. . |
