I got myself the black Cell C 3G stick, which is suppose to be the fastest internet as advertised. I've been extremely happy with it with the occasional problem of not being able to connect. Normally it gets sorted within a day or 2, but my internet has been slow for more than a month now. It takes an hour to send a 4mb email. That is insane. I've emailed Cell C customer service on 1 Feb and got an automatic response. Still no proper response. I gave up phoning, cause you can wait for an hour if not more before someone picks up. It is very frustrating. Please Cell C, I didn't want to come here to get a response, but it seemed like I had no choice. P.S. My mom has the same problem. |

I was quite impressed with how quickly Cell C responded, well done, just a petty that it had to be through HelloPeter and not Cell C customer service. Haven't received the email yet, but will give it a day or so. Thank you. |
