I complained about my connection to the Cell C service a week ago and am still awaiting rectification. Spoke to Blanche Opperman but still she couldn't help me. I've downloaded new drivers for my speedstick device and unfortunately it was to no avail.Still, neither of my PC's want to maintain their connection to Cell c network and I'm officially DIK of their service. This is the time that I think i deserve to get a full refund because the past two months (going for three now), Ive been sitting trying to figure this out without any helpfull support |

it took CELL C too long to sort my problem out. after continuous callbacks and emails sent to their technical department it was only sorted out after 10 weeks . The data that i lost during those months have lapsed and i'm already fed up with their system that i wont even ask it back Its sorted out now but I'm still not 100% happy coz my data bundles were lost during those months |
