This is my 3rd complaint on this forum. Upgraded beginning of November 2011, Cell C direct sent me BB 9300 with battery life lasting less than a hour. Phone went in FOUR times for repairs, I requested a different handset, Cell C sends me again a BB 9300 with battery life lasting a mere two hours. I have booked the phone in at Cell C Plattekloof and AGAIN requested that they change my handset as I am so done with BB, never again. The outcome of this request will determine whether or not I cancel both my contracts with Cell C. They have cost me numerous calls to the call centre, repair centre, Cell C Cape Gate, not to mention the driving up and down to collect the phone everytime. Come on Cell C, get it right this time.

Please be advised that a list of available handsets has been confirmed by our Repair area.

Please be advised that Funiwe has contacted you to advise that your unit will be replaced with a BB9300 of which will be delivered within 2-3
working days.

Utterly Disgusted: No surprises here, no one has contacted me, I tried all day yesterday to get through to the repair centre, no one answered the phone.  What pathetic service we put up with. **** C your service is UTTERLY, SHOCKINGLY, DISGUSTING.  You have no consideration for your clients (who pay your salaries), you simply don't care whether I pay for a service that I'm not receiving, whether I cancel my contract, whether I take your sorry *** to the CPA, you SIMPLY DON'T GIVE A ****.
