False Advertising: Cell C limits credit lilne

At about 14H00 today my phone was locked and I could not send messages or make calls. I then phoned Cell C at about 20:20 to enquire as to what is happening. I was asked about 8 security questions- as if I was a *****; when the std no. of questions is about 4-5. the lady got my name; and acted in a condescending way: telling me that "she understands". . She accused me on creating a limit on my phone. She then said it will take 72 working hours for my case to be attended to. That would mean only by Thursday morning would cell C even. respond. He asked for the supervisor who after 5 times of trying to tell her my name she put the phone down. I called again; and she began explaining why she put the phone down. anyway she contradicted the previous person- said that my account had a limit due to clients being unable to pay; but I earn R100K per month.. I was told that after 3m it is lifted. but 3 months had already expired- the "so-called" Cell C imposed limit was NOT lifted...I Still have NO phone for 5 days... But Cell C would like to make more money.... So they want me to buy Airtime. I will not allow them to advertise their contracts falsely and then cheat people.SHAME
