I signed a contract with Cell C for a modem and 2GB of data for 12 months. In December, 11 months into the contract, I suddenly found that when I logged on it said I had no data and I went to a prepaid recharge website for Cell C. I called them and was told that I'm on prepaid! After 15 minutes of holding on (on my cell phone), I was cut off! Why was my contract summarily cancelled without notification to me? Why was I only given 11 months instead of the 12 I expected from my contract? WHAT IS WRONG WITH CELL C! The woman I spoke to at the customer service was rude and unhelpful and cut me off after 15 minutes of holding on. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH CELL C AGAIN!!! |

| Quite Impressed: I am fairly happy with the outcome. I would have preferred having my contract reinstated, but 2GB of free data at least makes me less angry with Cell C. Thank you Blanche. | |||
