| I have a Cell C data stick which I purchased R100 airtime for and converted it into a data bundle. I recievced and sms to say that the data bundle had been activated. However the data bundle was never activated and so when I used the internet i was simply charged the normal data rate. I contacted Cell C and Spoke with Refiloe who was actually very helpful with the situation and did report the problem and said it would be sorted in 48 hours however it has not been sorted and its well past 48 hours. I have sent follow up emails to Refiloe with no response. The reference for No. for this query is 2011803018. I would really like to be reimbursed for the data that i have been used or given my 250mb data bundle that I purchased and hope that this complaint will find someone who will sort this out. | |||
