I phoned Cell C Direct en November 2011 to order one of their speed stick contracts.I received my products in December and found out that they are not compatible.I phoned Cell C again to complain and after 5 phone calls I got to somebody who could help me. I received the ZTE MF668 speed stick with the Huawei D105 WiFi Router.These 2 products are not compatible and I explained it to them, for the ZTE speed stick I should've received the ZTE MF10 WiFi Router, I sent back both items and heard nothing back. I phoned on 16 Jan 2012 and they said something was approved.They ordered the speed stick and router again, and again I received the same 2 products that I got the first time that are not compatible.The people on the call centre 084145, keep telling me that these 2 products are compatible with each other.They are not, it can be verified on Cell C's website under the support, router types and the you will see that these 2 products are not compatible and I can't set up the WiFi network at my house.Can somebody with some sense phone me and help met to get the correct router for my ZTE speed stick please, as this is very poor service.The tell Trevor gimmick doesn't work either. |

| Quite Impressed: I was phoned on the day and the problem is being solved, just waiting for the new delivery to see if they are going to deliver the correct items. Blanche Opperman assured me that they will send me the correct items and that I must keep her in the loop if I received the correct items or not. | |||
