Beware of Cell C Phone sales consultants-

Sp-Express delivered new phone 2 days ago and are reneging on a pre-recorded arrangement to transfer and existing service to the 24 month contract. Their Order Number is 1837900 and internal reference number is:80003634416727.
Their call centre customer relationship management style is a nightmare ( more than 15 calls to 084140 and 084145 without resolution- I had several Yes's and No's as to whether or not they could activate the service that they had agreed to provide me). There is also an unanswered email to [Email Removed] which I sent them over 24 hours ago.
Today I was able to press Eric for a case number, which he seemingly did with some resistance (Case No.2020302648). I think Cell C should be made aware of the economic sabotage that their untrained staff are doing to the economy. and FINALLY
DOES THE CPA GIVE ME RECOURSE TO RETURN THIS PRODUCT? IT'S PERHAPS AN OPPORTUNE TIME TO USE THE SOCIAL MEDIA TO FIND OUT BECAUSE CELL C ARE NOT BEING HELPFUL.

Over the Moon: Phineas Zitha from Cell C/CM called me and with a bit of lateral thinking he was able to resolve the problems. Thank you Cell C , but please do something about training up  your front line staff.
