Banking Account Hacked with no contract with CellC

End of November 2011, I was debited R50 and I called back to complained because I do not have a Contract with Cell C.The lady I spoked to told me that She will close the contract and escelated the query to ***** Dept.I waited and waited but to my suprised at the end of December (26/12), my account was debited again the amount of R453.00. I then complained on line and went to the Police Station to report the matter and received an affidavit.None got back to me from my complain on-line.Two weeks ago, I was then called by the dept collector (on my MTN number) asking me about settle the amount? I asked her as to why is she not calling that Cell C line and asked the owner because I DO NOT HAVE THE CONTRACT WITH YOU AND I REPORTED THE MATTER COUPLE OF TIMES BUT NOT EVEN A COURTESY CALL/ FEEDBACK ON MY COMPLAIN. I DO NOT THINK THEY CARE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE IN THE COMPANY. All I need is a recorded convensation when accepting the contract and My signature up on recieving the cellphone contract.
