| Called in through the Cell c line 084145 for assistance with the deals they have. I was not impressed with the guy called Lesetja who had a problem that when I called in he said I am sleeping and I asked to be transferred to another consultant and he said I must call back in. when I asked for the manager he said to me he is currently unavailable. I said I will wait and he said no I must give numbers and when I did he forced me to give me my surname of which I have already given the name. As I'm speaking I could hear that now I'm talking to myself he just kept quiet on the line while I can hear the colleagues speak in the background and he is just quiet. I was so ****** off and till now the so called manager has not called. | |||
